I design formal and naturalistic gardens of all sizes and restore historic estates throughout Virginia hunt country and beyond. My work includes the restoration of Bunny Mellon's celebrated Serpentine Garden and the New Garden at the historic Brick House, and has been featured in Veranda. Each project is guided by classic design traditions, with structure, refined plantings and a garden that grows more beautiful with every season. From the first master plan to the final planting, I oversee every detail alongside a trusted network of stonemasons, craftspeople and horticulturists.
